In the head section:

    <style type="text/css">
    .nicebutton {
        border:none;
        background-image:url(your_button_image.gif);
        background-position:center;
        background-repeat:no-repeat;
        background-color:transparent}
     </style>

Or use an external CSS-file.

Apply the class on your input-tag:

 <input class="nicebutton" type="submit" value="Save Data">

This is a cleaner solution instead of using complicated onclick-events.
